Are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers, by default, are valid for 36 months from issue date.

However, discounted vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue date.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts.

Cannot be used with private health insurance.

Any cancellations within 24 hours (48 hours if the appointment is on a weekend) will incur a penalty of 50% off the value of the voucher.

Any "no-shows" (not showing up within 15 minutes of the appointment time without notifying us) will incur a penalty of 100% off the value of the voucher.

We will accommodate any changes to your treatments made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
